Sipan Petrosyan is a highly experienced UEFA A licensed football coach, international tournament organizer, and the visionary founder of Sports Culture Football Club, one of the most dynamic and inclusive football academies in China.

Originally from Armenia, Mr. Petrosyan began his professional football journey as a player in the Armenian First Division, playing for top-tier clubs such as Ararat FC, King Delux FC, and Urartu FC (youth academy). After sustaining a serious injury at the age of 20, he transitioned into coaching and continued to pursue his passion for football development both in Europe and Asia.

He obtained his UEFA B and A coaching licenses in Armenia and built a strong coaching career that included key positions such as:

• Technical Director at Juventus Academy Shanghai (2020–2022)

• Head Coach at Maple Education Hangzhou (2018–2020)

• Player-Coach for Taizhou Hehe FC in the Chinese Futsal Superleague (2022–2023)

In 2021, Mr. Petrosyan founded Sports Culture Football Club in Hangzhou with a mission to promote football culture, develop young talent, and create opportunities for local and international players. The club currently has over 150 youth players aged 4–16 and 30+ adult players, with professional coaches from different countries and regular collaboration with international and public schools.

Under his leadership, the club:

• Operates multiple branches in Hangzhou (Binjiang, Xiaoshan) and Montreal, Canada

• Hosts international football tournaments including the Mini World Cup Hangzhou, Mini Champions League, and the Hangzhou International Cup

• Organizes youth leagues, elite training programs, coaching courses, and 1-on-1 technical development

• Partners with schools and educational institutions to provide after-school football programs and talent scouting

Mr. Petrosyan is also active in building bridges between the international and Chinese communities through sport. His programs emphasize fair play, respect, friendship, and community-building, making football not just a sport but a powerful tool for unity and development.

His future vision includes expanding the academy to Shanghai, developing a professional futsal and 11-a-side team, and launching international camps abroad in cooperation with professional clubs. He is also actively seeking strategic investors and sponsors who share his commitment to grassroots and elite football development.

In 2021, Sipan launched Sports Culture FC, a professional football academy based in Hangzhou, with a mission to promote not only football excellence, but also values such as discipline, respect, teamwork, and international friendship. The academy offers structured programs for boys and girls aged 4 to 16, as well as training for adults and elite athletes. Sipan’s coaching philosophy emphasizes individual development, technical precision, and character building—creating an environment where every player can grow both on and off the pitch.

Sipan is also a recognized organizer of international football tournaments in China. His signature events include the Mini World Cup Hangzhou, Mini Champions League, and Hangzhou International Cup—bringing together teams from across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. These events are more than competitions; they are platforms for cultural exchange, global networking, and youth empowerment through sport.

Beyond academy and tournament work, Sipan collaborates with international and local schools, offering school team coaching, after-school programs, and football curriculum integration. His goal is to make football education accessible and impactful within the academic system, blending physical education with long-term athlete development models.

Sipan is also actively involved in expanding the Sports Culture FC brand, with branches in Hangzhou and Montreal, and planned expansions in Shanghai and other Chinese cities. His broader vision includes launching early childhood football programs, parent-child sports classes, and coaching methodology courses for teachers and new coaches.
